RADICLE appoints new Team Manager
Michelle Hogg has been appointed Support Services Team Manager at RADICLE, the London charity which helps young homeless women and babies, isolated older people and disadvantaged families.
Michelle Hogg has been appointed Support Services Team Manager at RADICLE, the London charity which helps young homeless women and babies, isolated older people and disadvantaged families.
Michelle will have responsibility for managing staff in three of RADICLE's residential schemes for young homeless mothers and babies across London helping the young mothers to successfully move on to independent living. Michelle's past experience includes managing mother and baby units, supporting care leavers and ex offenders and teaching basic literary and numeracy skills. Her most recent role was at Croydon Churches Housing Association where she was a Young Persons Project Manager.
Michelle's particular area of interest is in user participation and consultation and she says "I've seen how empowering it is for young people to be consulted on services. I am keen to introduce new ways of doing so at RADICLE to help develop the service user involvement policy."
