Elm Court
Elm Court is a new service for homeless young mothers and babies supported by Hounslow Local Authority. The first residents moved in to the service on 26 April 2010. The service has eleven rooms each with their own kitchen and bathroom. There is a shared lounge and garden. RADICLE's Support Worker is available to support residents to develop good parenting and domestic skills in preparation for independent living. Clients are referred to the scheme by Hounslow Homeless Persons Unit. Find out more about Elm Court in this leaflet.
